One-on-One Somatic Sessions

These 60-minute sessions offer a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and gently explore what’s ready to emerge—emotionally, physically, or somatically. Rooted in compassion, curiosity, and trust, our work together supports you in finding safety and regulation from within.

Guided by the principles of Somatic Experiencing® (SE) - a body-based approach to working with trauma and nervous system dysregulation - each session is co-created in the moment. You don’t need to come in with a plan; we’ll follow your body’s pace, your nervous system’s needs, and what feels right that day.

A session may include:

  • Grounding and stabilization practices to help you feel safe and present

  • Gentle exploration of physical sensations, emotions, and nervous system patterns

  • Support in noticing activation and returning to regulation

  • Space to build capacity and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom

If you feel uncertain or anxious at the start, we’ll begin with calming practices and intentional connection to help you settle. Wherever you are, each session meets you exactly there - creating room for sustainable, embodied healing.

    Before we begin, we’ll schedule a free 20-minute call to get to know each other. This is your space to ask questions, share what you’re hoping for, and get a sense of whether this work feels like a good fit.

  • 1 Hour Session

    Sessions are held online through Practice Better’s secure video platform, offering a private and convenient way to connect.

    Each 60-minute session provides space to slow down, work in depth with your nervous system, and cultivate a deeper sense of safety from within.

  • Packages

    Weekly sessions are recommended to build momentum and support steady progress. Packages make it easier to commit to that rhythm.

    They also offer savings, providing a reduced rate compared to booking individual sessions.
