I’m Lauren, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and the founder of Embody Safety Wellness. I work with individuals who are feeling stuck, anxious, and overwhelmed due to past trauma, chronic stress, or emotional overwhelm. If you're ready to move beyond simply "talking" about your issues, you're in the right place.
I offer a body-centered approach to healing that goes deeper than traditional talk therapy. My work weaves science-backed somatic practices with intentional, trauma-informed support, creating space for you to gently guide your nervous system back into balance.
My passion for Somatic Experiencing comes from seeing its profound impact, not just in my clients' lives, but in my own - from healing past traumas to deepening my closest relationships. I believe in its power because I've seen the fruit of this practice: it helps you get to the root of your pain and start Embodying Safety from within.

We’ll start with a free discovery consultation to explore what’s present for you and see if we’re a good fit. If we move forward, we’ll meet weekly to build a steady, supportive rhythm for your healing journey.
